Kolbie transitioned from the hustle and bustle of the Northern Virginia/Washington, DC area to the laid back Southern lifestyle of Myrtle Beach in 2018. She graduated from George Mason University earning a degree in English with a concentration in Cultural Studies. Prior to her move South, Kolbie ran a successful dance studio with her family for 20 years and was a nationally renowned teacher and choreographer. Kolbie enjoys spending time with her family and her Teacup Yorkie, Chloé, soaking up the Myrtle sunshine at the beach or pool, enjoying the Intracoastal, shopping, and attending outdoor activities like sporting events and concerts. Kolbie is excited to share her passion for helping others and her love for the Myrtle Beach area by assisting her clients to buy or sell at the beach!
